Important Registration Information

• All Family registrations will be done online this year as we are attempting to update our database and make the registration process more user friendly for years to come. All Family information will need to be entered including complete address, cell phone numbers, birth dates, ect. You will also be asked to electronically sign new medical and liability waivers at this time. Our Early Bird registration for former members expires on April 15th so save money by signing up when you get your login info! Remember space is limited so sign up early and secure your spot!

  If you would like to purchase a Youth Super Pass (18 and under), Adult Super Pass, Senior Couples Pass (Age 62 and above) or a Senior Single Pass (age 62 and above) please contact Pat Breheny (contact info below).

  When you register, please pay attention to which membership you select. There are two to choose from, “Pool Membership and Swim Team” or “Pool Membership only - NO SWIM TEAM”.

  There are also two options to pay this year. At the end of the registration process you will be asked to select a payment method either by check or credit card. If you select credit, once your information is entered your registration is complete. If you choose to pay by check, you will be given the remit to info and your registration will be completed once your check is received.

  Swim Team
  If your children are going to be a part of the Swim Team this year please be prepared to sign them up at the time of registration (this saves everyone money). Swim team work duties will also be handled online this year. Instead of waiting in line at Wren Hollow you will receive an email telling you when the work duty sign up window will open and further instructions on how to navigate the process.

  Swim team suits will be offered on the registration site and at B&B Aquatics. They are a little less expensive when you order online and you avoid sales tax. If you have questions about sizes you will need to get fitted at B&B.

  Tennis
  What about tennis you ask? Yes, Brett will be back and Tennis sign ups will be Tuesday, May 10, 2011, 6:00 pm at the pool. Come to the pool that night and sign up like you have in the past for tennis only. Rates are remaining the same, $35 for kids, $25 for adults. Maria Blades will collect payments at the sign up night. If you can't make it that night, please call Maria at (636) 861-9861 or (314) 520-3390 to tell her what league you want to sign up for.

  New Members
  We are still offering a $50 recruitment “finder’s fee” to any current member who recruits a new family to BBW this season at the full season rate (maximum two $50 fees per member). New family registration opens on April 16th. Information is available on the website under 2011 Registration.
  

Pool Choices

There are many choices to consider when looking for summer fun.  Big Bend Woods offers so many more benefits that community pools.  Bring in your own food and drinks!  Cook onsite!  Order pizzas or Chinese!  Use our covered pavillion for sports event parties or birthday parties!  Enjoy adult swim time each hour!  Socialize with your friends!  Buy your friend a guest pass and bring them along!

We have several openings with our Big Bend Woods Committees and are looking for leaders to join us!  Current openings are available for our social committee, grounds committee and sports committee.  Contact Toni Arnold directly for more information.
