For a fun evening this summer you can reserve the party area under the green awning for private parties, birthdays, team parties.
For groups of 20 or more (guests and members) there is a $30 reservation fee. Please have an approximate head count at the time you register to determine if additional guards are needed. You must complete the Pavilion Party Rental Form found on the home page of the website and e-mailed to Toni Langan-Arnold at shallowford@aol.com. We must have this form along with your payment 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and lifeguard coverage. No reservations will be accepted on holidays, during pool functions, pig roast and happy hours or any day between 12:00-3:00 p.m.
If you or a group is bringing in more than 10 guests at any time (regardless of how many BBW members in your group), you must register your group to insure the proper amount of guards on duty. Guests must pay the $3.00 Guest Fee or use your Guest Pass.

Looking for a way to become involved in the Big Bend Woods community? We have found that one family or group taking the lead on each one of the social events below has been successful. This would also be a great way to advertise your business or organization by sponsoring an event. We would love to hear from you regarding a social event. Other possible events Trivia Night, Themed Events, e.g. Fiesta Night, Cardinal Night, etc… Brat Fest, Wine Tasting, Sponsored Events, etc…

Big Bend Woods is run by volunteers, including the board and committee members. We are always looking for people that are willing to share their skills and talents. There are a wide variety of possibilities from painting, plumbing, electrical, pool pump maintenance, web page design, landscaping, etc… If you are interested in helping with any of these areas and to get your desired area call us soon.
